Kailash Kumar / Bokaro. Engineer mushroom seller’s vehicle located on the main road side of Sector 1 of Bokaro is very popular. It is especially known for various dishes associated with mushrooms. Various varieties of dishes related to mushrooms like Mushroom Rolls, Mushroom Chilli, Mushroom 65 and Matka Noodles are made at this shop. Here you can enjoy delicious mushroom dishes from Rs.30 to Rs.200. At the same time, the special matka noodles of 90’s are very much liked by the customers.
Kamlesh, the director of Engineer Mushroom Wala, told News18 that he has been running the shop for the last 4 months. His shop remains open daily from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Business was in mind from the beginning
Kamlesh told that his mind was in doing business from the beginning. That’s why after completing his studies from Engineering College from Orissa, he decided to open his own stall Engineering Mushroom Wala. Presently, along with running a stall, Kamlesh also cultivates mushrooms. Kamlesh told that the customers are very fond of mushroom dishes. His response is also getting good. Here 200 plates of dishes related to mushroom are sold daily. Most of the Mushroom Chilli and Matcha Noodles are well liked by the customers.
Regarding the process of making matka noodles, Kamlesh told that first of all, noodles and mushrooms are cooked by adding various vegetables and spices, then the matka is heated in a fire and mixed with butter and mixed on an earthen pot. Then noodles are put on it and closed.
This makes the noodles well cooked. After which the customer is served on a pot and plate. Amit, a customer who came to eat matka noodles at the shop, told that the taste of matka noodles is very good and unique. Also noodles are available here in abundance.
